TSW – Carton Packaging Machine

TSW, a leader in high-speed packaging machines, tasked psd with improving operator interaction with their systems. psd created a new modern design which provided safe access to all elements within the machine, integrated LED light strips and dynamic color patterns to provide clear visual cues for operators, indicating when materials were running low and needed refilling.

The new design allowed operators to monitor machine performance from a distance, reducing downtime and improving operational efficiency. psd’s design also included a sleek, user-friendly interface that ensured critical information was communicated effectively while maintaining the machine’s modern aesthetic.
